OperateWise, via third-party service providers, may use an auto dialer to deliver text messages to you. OperateWise text messages are intended to provide you with marketing and promotional information regarding services and other information about OperateWise.

You agree to receive recurring messages from OperateWise to the mobile number provided and agree to the OperateWise Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy at. Your mobile carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge you message and data rates for each text message sent or received in connection with OperateWise text messages, as set forth in your mobile phone service contract, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Please contact your mobile carrier for pricing plans, rates, terms, etc. OperateWise does not impose a separate fee for sending text messages. However, you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.
Text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to stop receiving OperateWise SMS messages (you will receive a final text message confirming that your number has been removed from the text messaging program).
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you enroll. You are responsible for notifying OperateWise immediately if you change your mobile telephone number. You may notify OperateWise of a number change by contacting Customer Care at XXXXXXXX.
You agree to indemnify OperateWise in full for any and all claims, expenses, and damages related to or caused in whole or in part by your failure to notify OperateWise if you change your telephone number including, but not limited to, all claims, expenses, and damages related to or arising under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
It is your responsibility to determine if your mobile carrier supports text messaging and if your mobile device is capable of receiving text messages. Your receipt of OperateWise text messages is subject to the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with your mobile carrier.
Delivery of information and content to a mobile device may fail due to a variety of circumstances or conditions. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of OperateWise’s control. OperateWise is not responsible or liable for issues arising from your usage of such network services (e.g., delayed or undelivered messages or the security of any messages).

From time-to-time, we may modify these Terms with or without notice to you. Unless we indicate otherwise, modifications will be effective as of the date they are posted on this page or any successor page and supersede any prior Terms. Please consult the Terms regularly for updates and changes. Your continued opt-in to receive messages from OperateWise following any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
OperateWise may suspend or terminate your receipt of text messages if we believe you are in breach of these Terms. Your receipt of text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or any part of OperateWise text messages, with or without notice.

Except as otherwise provided herein, your use of this service under these Terms is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
